Consumer Protection Service Contract
If desired, must be purchased at time of sale

The following rules will apply to vehicles concerning the purchase of a Service Contract:

  1. Vehicle must be sold with a test drive with no announced conditions in reference to engine, transmission, power train, electrical system or any other conditions that could be considered a pre-existing condition to a claim.
  1. Vehicle sale price must be greater than $1500.00.
  1. Only USL Auto Auction (USL AA) recognized floor plan source vehicles are eligible if sold Title Delay (AFC, MAFS, ADI, DSC, CarBucks, AutoUse).
  1. Upon qualification, vehicle must be cleared by USL AA Arbitration Personnel.
  1. Approval form must be brought to business office on second floor of Auction for paperwork to be completed.
