Will Guttu
General Manager
Will served 4 years in the U. S. Air Force before beginning his automotive career. He worked with Wachovia Bank for over 15 years in the Sales Finance Department. He held the following positions; Field Representative, Credit Manager, Assistant Manager, and Collections Administration Manager. As Collections Administration Manager, Will was responsible for outside collections and vehicle remarketing.
He most recently worked with Regional Acceptance Corporation for over 4 years as the Asset Disposal Manager. He helped create and managed this department which handled all repossession remarketing for the corporations 30 plus branches located in 13 states.
Steve Brumfield
Fleet/Lease Manager
Steve was in the Automotive Industry in one form or another from 1983 to 1995 working with Franchised Dealerships in the Service and Parts department. When Steve left Leith Inc. as a service manager to pursue his own business for eight years he successfully owned and operated a mobile tool franchise. Fascinated with marketing and a love of radio he took a position with Beasley Broadcasting to better understand how to conceive and execute marketing strategies. The call of the car business would not let him be and he found himself in a new and exciting position of partnering with Dealers and representing USL Auto Auction.
Sherry Jett-Kearney
Office Manager
Sherry spent numerous years in retail sales before joining Wachovia Bank where she spent 9 years. She worked at the Wachovia Sales Center in Greenville, NC. Her responsibilities included working with the Collections Department. Sherry then accepted the management responsibilities relating to recovery of assets. She has worked with repossession agents all over the Wachovia sphere of influence. When Sherry left Wachovia to join the USL team she was involved in the repossession of the defaulted bank assets.
Amy Guttu
Office Supervisor
Amy came to Greenville from Ahoskie, NC to further her education. She attended East Carolina for two years and then transferred to Pitt Community College where she received an A.A.S. degree in child development. After 27 years of preparing children for kindergarten she decided to make a career change. She started part-time at USL as a lane clerk on Wednesday night two years ago, and now has join the team full time as their Office Supervisor. Amy is excited about her new position here and looking forward to great things to come.
Bill Debruhl
Sales Representative
Bill entered into the banking industry upon graduation from East Carolina University. His entire career has been centered on the Automobile Industry and Dealer Services. He has a combined tenure of 38 years in the Sales Finance business serving dealers at Wachovia, Regional Acceptance and First Flight Federal Credit Union. Bill’s number one priority is customer service.
Brandi Chaisson
Vehicle Donation Specialist
Brandi was born and raised in South Louisiana, but as a military wife lived all along the East Coast for 12 years. She worked for Allstate Insurance for 3 years as a Sales Producer. She then became a stay-at-home mom for 8 years to raise her children. Brandi is working as our expert vehicle donation specialist.
Vance Tingler
Sales Representative
Vance began his banking career with Wachovia Bank after graduating from East Carolina. He has worked in the automotive finance industry for over 28 years holding several positions from credit manager, office manager and dealer service representative. He has worked the past 11 years as a dealer representative traveling the state of North Carolina where he has developed many relationships with both franchise and independent dealers. With his overall experience and knowledge of the NC market he has found success by taking care of his customer base.
Scott Nadler
Sales Manager
Scott otherwise known as “Cowboy” spent four years in the U. S. Army after graduating from college. Upon leaving the military Scott earned his Master’s Degree in Business Administration. He was then a sales representative and manager in the software, forklift, recycling, and uniform rental industries. In 2002, he graduated from The University of Alabama where he earned his doctorate (Ph.D.) in Marketing. He has taught at The University of Alabama, Montana State University, and East Carolina University. In his spare time Scott enjoys team roping and competes throughout North Carolina and Virginia.
Jeff Robinson
Asst. Fleet Lease Manager
Jeff moved to Greenville from Clinton, NC and attended East Carolina. After leaving East Carolina University: he spent 7 years with Wachovia Dealer Service Center in Greenville. He started in collections and later moved into Repo/Asset Management. Jeff managed the SC and GA portfolio for 2 years which entailed assigning units for repossession and following the accounts until they were resolved. Jeff was later moved into the Recovery Officer Position, where he handled all legal and fraud accounts which included following accounts until they were resolved or charged off. Jeff also liquidated vehicles at several Auto Auctions in the state of NC.
Jeff is looking forward to his new position at USL Auto Auction.
